At InvolveJohn, I’m committed to delivering high-quality, custom Squarespace websites built with clarity, creativity, and care. Every project involves a significant investment of time, planning, and resources from day one — so the following payment and refund terms apply.

Payment Terms

A deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your project slot and kick off the design process.

The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before handover or site launch.

No work will begin until the deposit has been received.

Final deliverables (including access to your live website) will only be released once full payment has been made.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once work has begun on your project.

If a refund is requested before any work starts, payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe, Bonsai, PayPal) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Once the project is underway, refunds are not possible due to the time, tools, and creative direction already invested.

If you ever have concerns, open communication is encouraged so we can resolve things together.

Additional Notes

By paying a deposit or the full project fee, you’re agreeing to these terms.
